Join our national behavioral health team to provide patient‑focused care in a collaborative environment.

• Location: Split time between two clinics – M/T/W in Tempe 85281, Th/F in Scottsdale 85251
• Salary + Bonus Potential: $65,000 – $91,400 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities)
• Reporting: Directly to the Clinical Manager

• Work as a critical member of a multidisciplinary team delivering exceptional patient care.
• Partner with primary care providers to deliver whole‑patient care.
• Provide brief, structured interventions (e.g., Behavioral Activation, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused) and evidence‑based psychosocial treatments (e.g., Cognitive‑Behavioral Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy).
• Leverage real‑time data to understand and improve patient outcomes.
• Contribute to an expanding clinical team focused on innovative care delivery.

• Minimum:
  Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) + an active license (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LAMFT or LMFT) in good standing.
• Proven passion and commitment to patient impact and clinical outcomes.
• Desire to collaborate with diverse healthcare providers for whole‑patient care.
