Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to join our team at Upscale Home Care in Tempe, AZ. As an In Home Caregiver, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our clients, empowering them to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. • Provide one-on-one care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
• Manage medication administration and provide supervision and support with medication management
• Engage clients in activities that promote mental and physical well-being, such as exercise, hobbies, and social interactions
• Record and report client progress and any changes in their condition to our care team
• Collaborate with other care professionals, including nurses and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients, adhering to all applicable infection control and safety protocols
• $18 - $16 HOURLY compensation package

• 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition clients, as needed
