• Provide high-quality, personalized care to clients in their homes, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the unique needs of veterans and seniors, and provide care that is respectful, compassionate, and dignified

• 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide or equivalent
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Comfortable working in clients' homes, with the ability to lift, transfer, and move clients as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 per hour
