Omni Hotels - [Guest Service / Concierge] As a Greeter at Omni Hotels, you'll:
Warmly greet and welcome all arriving Guests to the Resort;
Maintain knowledge of all parking rates, hours of operations and procedures;
Distribute appropriate parking tickets to guest for both Valet and Self-Parking;
Acknowledge all guests arriving/departing the Resort;
Be familiar with all hotel services/facilities and local attraction/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Promote positive guest relations;
Relay accurate directions on inquiries regarding destinations within the local area.
