Under Canvas is seeking an Assistant General Manager for our Grand Canyon camp in Valle, AZ. You will partner with the GM to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth operations across front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
Lead by example, communicate goals, hire and develop staff, and monitor financial performance. Some travel to other locations may be required; strong leadership is essential to maintaining SOPs and a guest-focused culture.
