This is a full-time position, requiring the flexibility and leadership presence necessary to support hotel operations and business objectives.
YOUR DAYAs our General Manager, you'll guide operations across departments, develop revenue-enhancing strategies, analyze financial performance, oversee budgeting and forecasting, and identify opportunities to improve profitability. You'll partner with sales teams to strengthen marketing initiatives, establish performance goals, and expand market presence while mentoring employees, fostering accountability, and creating a culture focused on service excellence. You'll also oversee inventory controls, vendor purchasing practices, receivables management, and community partnerships, ensuring every decision strengthens the hotel, supports the team, and enhances the guest experience.
REQUIREMENTS- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent educational qualification in hotel management or business administration
- 3+ years of management experience
- Strong leadership and employee development skills
- Excellent customer service, communication, and presentation abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and hotel property management systems
- Ability to take initiative and maintain accountability
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate office equipment
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and adapt to changing priorities
