Overview

Talent Acquisition Expert located in Tempe, AZ (In-Person). Full-Time role with compensation $52,500 + performance-based incentives. Benefits: PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k)/Employee Discount/Life Insurance.

• Full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interview, offer/reject
• Daily outbound outreach (Linked In, cold calls, resume mining, texts, emails)
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future roles
• Screen candidates for values alignment, skill, and reliability
• Partner with leaders to align hiring goals and brand standards
• Represent Moxie at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach
• Maintain ATS tracking and candidate follow-up

• 1–2+ years full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency)
• Experience with outbound sourcing (Linked In preferred)
• Comfortable recruiting for blue-collar, field, or customer support roles
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once
• Strong decision-making and follow-through
• Clean driving record
• Home services, trades, or high-volume recruiting background (Preferred)
• Experience with hiring events or staffing agency recruiting (Preferred)
• Confident communicator with a polished, professional presence

• Consistent outbound activity and candidate engagement
• Strong pipelines built before roles are urgent
• Fewer, better candidates moved forward
• Reduced turnover within 90 days of hire
• Positive hiring manager feedback
