Job Summary:
The Reception / HR Coordinator is the heartbeat of the office and a key partner to the Human Resources team. This role blends front desk hospitality with people-focused administrative support, ensuring employees, candidates, and visitors have a welcoming, positive and seamless experience while supporting core HR and people operations functions.
ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, customers, candidates, and vendors
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and manage visitor check-ins
- Answer and route phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and common area
- Coordinate office supplies, snacks, mail, and deliveries
- Support office events, meetings, and employee gatherings
Human Resources Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Prepare welcome experiences with new hire materials, badges , equipment coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation (digital and physical)
- Support recruiting coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate communication
- Assist with internal communications, announcements, and people initiatives
- Help coordinate training sessions, team events, and engagement programs
- Support compliance tasks and audits as needed
- Background in hospitality, retail, customer service, or other high-energy, people-facing environments where professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail are essential
- Proven ability to thrive in dynamic settings with frequent interaction, shifting priorities, and a strong team culture
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive and confidential information
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and/or HR systems (bonus)
- Naturally welcoming, friendly, and service-oriented

This position plays a critical role in shaping the employee and guest experience. You’ll be a trusted support partner, culture ambassador, and organizational glue—helping the workplace run smoothly while making people feel valued and supported from day one.
Compensation$19.50 - $21
