Responsibilities

  • Consult, partner, and guide the business/stakeholders throughout the end-to-end recruiting process, educating on their hiring needs and ensuring success.
  • Own and advise managers on the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, assessing, offer, negotiations, and close.
  • Ensures a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
  • Manages, prioritizes, and executes top talent hiring across a variety of roles leveraging the talent acquisition team members and tools for success.
  • Strategically interview and evaluate internal and external candidates, securing the top talent to present to the business.
  • Identifies, develops, and drives efficiencies and improvements in all TA processes.
  • Initiates and takes ownership on multiple projects ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Sharpens job knowledge and identifies industry trends by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations.
  • Establishes active measures to attract and recruit diverse talent to build a workforce representative of the communities we serve.
  • Represents and champions client organization's culture, mission, and values as the first point of contact for candidates and promotes the client as a "best place to work".
  • Be a thought leader and expert in all talent acquisition matters.
  • Mentor, train and develop fellow TA team members.
  • This Talent Acquisition Partner will support a variety of corporate and field‑based hiring needs while consulting closely with hiring managers. This is a mid‑level TA role requiring strong relationship management, consultative communication, and experience supporting diverse functions.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers, providing guidance, influencing when needed, and helping leaders make informed hiring decisions.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of the offer process.
  • Conduct some sourcing as needed.
  • Review candidates thoroughly and provide high‑quality shortlists aligned with required qualifications.
  • Support recruitment for:
    Corporate roles & Hourly positions & Field and technical roles.
  • Support sourcing for union and non‑union positions, hourly roles, and various field roles.
  • Attend occasional events/job fairs (minimal).
  • Occasional travel within AZ to power generation sites (minimal).
  • Standard schedule: 7:30‑4:30 or 8:00‑5:00.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution that prepares the employee for this assignment.
  • 3‑5 years experience.
  • Prefer candidates with early talent recruitment experience.
  • Proven experience as a top performing recruiter in a corporate environment with a steady record of accomplishment in exceeding target dashboard metrics.
  • Expert at proactive sourcing and identifying diverse candidate pools through a variety of traditional and creative channels.
  • Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Vast experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS);
    Success Factors exp is a plus.
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent organizational skills and time‑management abilities.
  • Models' growth mindset, someone that will think outside the box and execute new strategies for success.
  • Unparalleled decision‑making skills.
  • Strong background supporting corporate positions.
  • Proven consultative ability, able to influence, compromise, and build relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience with Workday / One Workforce / Success Factors or similar platforms.
  • Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter and Indeed.
  • Understanding of local talent markets.
  • Preferred Experience:
    • Background in Power, Utilities, Energy, or similar heavy‑industry environments.
    • Experience supporting a broad mix of roles (corporate + field + technical).
    • Familiarity with power generation or power systems.
