HR OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities

• Drive Talent Acquisition – Lead the full recruitment cycle: from crafting tailored job profiles, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Expatriate Management – Coordinate and manage expatriate related processes including work permits, residency permits, visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. Liaise with government bodies, immigration authorities, and external consultants to ensure full compliance with local regulations.
• Support Monthly Payroll Process – Assist in preparing and verifying payroll, factoring in shift differentials, overtime in peak periods, and allowances specific to field operations.
• Learning & Development – Coordinate the annual training plan in line with organisation priorities and conduct learning needs analysis to identify skill gaps and training opportunities. Liaise with training providers and ensure proper documentation and evaluation of all learning activities.
• Enhance Welfare & Engagement – Participate actively in the execution of welfare and employee engagement activities. Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee well-being and fostering a positive work environment.
