About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a high-impact Talent Acquisition Specialist to support rapid growth across our engineering organization. This role will focus on recruiting experienced engineers across multiple disciplines and locations in a fast-scaling, high-performance environment.
Responsibilities- Lead full-life cycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles, from intake through onboarding
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill engineering skill sets
- Proactively source passive candidates using Linked In, Indeed, networking, referrals, and industry outreach
- Conduct resume and application reviews within the ATS to evaluate technical competencies and overall alignment with role requirements.
- Perform phone screens to assess technical qualifications, problem-solving ability, and role alignment
- Schedule and coordinate interviews to ensure a seamless and timely candidate experience.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role requirements and hiring strategy
- Facilitate interview debriefs and provide detailed candidate evaluations
- Manage offer development, negotiation, and onboarding transition
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to provide consultative recruiting support and market insights
- Track, analyze, and benchmark recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, funnel conversion, etc.)
- Prepare and present data-driven reports and insights to stakeholders
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality of hire, and candidate experience
- Support broader HR initiatives and cross-functional projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on engineering or technical roles
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high-volume environment
- Strong understanding of core HR functions and employment practices
- Experience partnering with hiring managers in a consultative capacity
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present recruiting data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong prioritization and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications
- Experience with iCIMS or a similar ATS preferred
Competitive Hourly Rate: $28-38/hr, depending on experience
