** Job Description
** Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for positions, with limited assistance from outside agencies. Identifies candidates using a variety of sources and techniques while knowing the best channels to find and reach candidates in diverse talent pools. Drives recruiting process in a timely and cost effective manner. Demonstrates a proven commitment to provide a diverse talent pool, a positive experience for the hiring manager and candidate.

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Basic knowledge of talent acquisition processes including sourcing and selection of a broad, diverse population of applicants
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong project management skills
- Basic marketing and recruitment network skills
- Ability to review and understand data, trends and metrics
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Intermediate computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems Responsible for supporting business objectives through proactively sourcing, assessing, and recruiting top talent for high-volume roles within Banking Operations. This role partners closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to deliver an efficient, scalable hiring process that meets business demands while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.

The Recruiter operates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, balancing multiple requisitions and priorities while ensuring alignment with business timelines, compliance requirements, and workforce strategies.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Proactively source, assess, and recruit candidates for high-volume Banking Operations roles
* Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple requisitions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
* Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting team members to align on hiring strategies, workload distribution, and process efficiencies
* Identify and leverage diverse sourcing strategies to build strong and inclusive candidate pipelines
* Drive an efficient, streamlined hiring process that meets business needs while maintaining quality and compliance standards
* Utilize data, metrics, and market insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve outcomes
* Ensure a positive, high-touch candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruiting lifecycle
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners to continuously improve recruiting processes and operational effectiveness
** Basic Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience  - Two or more years of recruiting experience or combination of related sales, marketing, or Human Resources experience
** Preferred Skills/Experience
*** Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably supporting banking or operations roles
* Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
* Strong collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work as a team player and contribute to shared team goals
* Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS);
Workday experience strongly preferred
