Talent Acquisition Specialist

One of the Southwest’s largest and most respected general contractors is looking for a bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to step in and keep their hiring engine running smoothly during a team member’s leave of absence.

• Schedule and facilitate interviews, coordinating across hiring managers and the necessary teams to keep the process moving
• Manage onboarding paperwork end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and compliance for every new hire
• Lead weekly onboarding classes, welcoming new team members and setting them up for a strong start
• Serve as a bilingual point of contact for candidates and new hires, communicating clearly in English and Spanish
• Partner with the talent acquisition and HR team to ensure a smooth, positive experience from offer through first day

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Prior experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, HR, or onboarding
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple interviews and new hires at once
• Comfortable leading group onboarding sessions and presenting to new team members
• Detail-oriented with onboarding documentation and follow-through
• Available to work fully on-site and ready to start ASAP
