Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
• Proactively source, engage, and attract candidates through Linked In Recruiter, networking, direct outreach, job boards, and industry channels
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance
• Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs
• Leverage recruiting metrics, market data, and industry insights to advise hiring managers and optimize search strategies
• Ensure timely feedback and alignment with hiring managers
• Manage job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment workflows within Workday ATS
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance sourcing strategies, tools, and employer branding initiatives

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent
• Proven expertise using Linked In Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems
• Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes
• Workday Recruiting experience preferred
• Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry preferred

Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting, leveraging tools like Linked In Recruiter and Workday ATS to attract and engage top talent. Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
