We're looking for an ambitious, competitive, emotionally intelligent Recruiter to join our Phoenix team and help us scale smarter—not just faster.
Recruiting here is a sales role. You'll be dialing, pitching, closing, and carrying a number—and you'll be measured on it. This is an entry-level recruiting role with real ownership, hands‑on mentorship, and a clear path to growth. You'll learn full-cycle recruiting from the ground up while working on meaningful roles that directly impact patient care.

What Success Looks Like- Consistently hitting and exceeding monthly KPIs—outreach volume, screens, submittals, and hires
- Building strong pipelines of high-quality providers and candidates
- Improving retention and candidate engagement
- Managing candidate expectations aligned with business needs
- Closing candidates and moving them through the process with urgency
- Being a positive, reliable teammate who shows up and takes ownership
- Learn and execute full-cycle recruiting
- Own a set of daily and weekly activity metrics—and beat them
- Source candidates through job boards, Linked In, referrals, cold calls, and direct outreach
- Conduct phone screens and evaluate both technical fit and soft skills
- Sell the opportunity, handle objections, and close
- Build long-term relationships with candidates
- Use our ATS and sourcing tools to manage pipelines efficiently
- Support credentialing and compliance steps post-hire
- Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
- Constantly look for ways to improve speed, quality, and outcomes
- A proven track record of hitting and exceeding quota, KPIs, or performance targets—and the numbers to back it up

- Familiarity with Linked In, ATS/CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
- 2+ years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, hospitality, or leadership preferred—quota‑carrying sales experience is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Total First-Year Earnings: $62,000 – $75,000 (base + performance-based bonuses)
