Human Resources Operations Partner
Position Overview We are seeking an organized and motivated People Business Partner to provide hands‑on support across People Operations, annual talent programs, reporting, and HR process improvement initiatives. This position is execution-focused and ideal for an early‑to‑mid‑career HR professional who enjoys managing data, coordinating multiple projects, and supporting performance and compensation processes.
The successful candidate will be detail‑oriented, comfortable working in Workday, and able to manage multiple deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Work Arrangement:Remote or hybrid based on proximity to an office
Employment Type:Full‑time contract, 40 hours per week
Contract Duration:6–12 months with potential for extension or conversion
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport annual HR processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, compensation planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and employee engagement activities.
- Enter and complete HR transactions in Workday.
- Pull, review, and analyze Workday reports and employee data.
- Conduct data audits and maintain accuracy during performance, compensation, and talent cycles.
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
- Prepare status reports, executive summaries, presentations, briefing materials, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage logistics, reporting, communications, and issue resolution throughout annual HR programs.
- Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and job aids.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across People Operations.
- Coordinate with leaders, employees, and HR stakeholders across multiple concurrent projects.
- 3–5 years of HR, People Operations, HR Business Partner, or related experience.
- Hands‑on experience using Workday to enter transactions, pull reports, and review data.
- Experience supporting performance reviews, compensation cycles, talent reviews, or other annual HR programs.
- Strong reporting, tracking, data‑management, and process‑coordination skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to perform administrative and execution‑focused responsibilities.
Estimated Min Rate: $21.00
Estimated Max Rate: $30.00
