** The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for full-life cycle recruitment for regular, temporary, full- time, or part-time staffing for positions with our company.##

* WHAT YOU’LL DO:

*** Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing to offer acceptance.
* Participating in developing, implementing, and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates.
* Build solid relationships with leadership teams and serve as a partner before, during, and after the recruiting process.
* Be proactive in networking, cold calling, and “deep diving” into passive candidate networks throughout various markets
* Handles confidential information in a professional manner, respecting employee privacy while maintaining company confidentiality. Interacts with various levels of management, employees, applicants, and vendors.
* Manages college recruitment program initiatives from coordinating events to attending events as a Company representative.
* Manages job postings and announcements, applicant correspondence, employee resumes, employment application forms, scheduling interviews, etc.
* Maintains applicant files in line with company policies and government regulations. Retains records in line with company record retention requirements. Considerable filing, faxing, copying, distribution of materials, etc.
* Develop relationships and create new relationships with recruiting contacts in the community.
* Create and maintain statistical and/or compliance reporting.
* Assist in the immigration process (H1-B).

** WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
*** Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related discipline
* Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Additional HR certifications a plus (PHR, SHRM-CP)
* Minimum 3 years’ recruitment experience
* Experience with an HRIS and ATS database; (Taleo Preferred)
* Can be a combination of training, education and relevant work experience that is equivalent  ##
