As a Human Resources Business Partner Specialist, you will provide essential operational support to our HR Business Partners and leaders across Rosendin, contributing directly to the success of our electrical construction projects and the well-being of our employee-owners. You will facilitate the effective execution of HR programs and policies, ensuring our teams receive consistent, high-quality support that underpins our collaborative, safety-first culture and commitment to excellence.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Support HR Business Partners in managing employee relations inquiries, providing initial intake and escalating complex issues to senior HR team members.
- Administer various HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application and compliance with relevant employment laws and company guidelines.
- Coordinate the logistics and communication for HR initiatives such as performance management cycles, talent development programs, and compensation reviews.
- Generate and analyze HR data and reports from Workday and other systems to identify trends, inform decision‑making, and provide insights to HRBPs and business leaders.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and presentations on HR topics for employees and managers.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for employees and managers on routine HR questions, directing them to appropriate resources or providing accurate information.
- Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data integrity within HR information systems (HRIS), particularly Workday.
- Collaborate proactively with other HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and Payroll, to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
- Participate in internal HR projects focused on process improvement, system enhancements, or the rollout of new HR programs and tools.
- Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and current employment laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in HRIS systems, with hands‑on experience using Workday strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret HR data and metrics to identify trends and patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality, exercise sound judgment, and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of HR administration and record‑keeping.
