People Analytics TeamThe People Analytics Team plays a critical role in shaping talent strategy and enhancing the employee experience through data‑driven insights. We deliver actionable insights, craft compelling narratives, and build strong HR partnerships, translating complex data into clear, impactful stories.
Key Responsibilities Data Acumen- Navigate multiple data sources (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle) and leverage statistical software, reporting tools, and products to perform analyses and deliver insights.
- Formulate hypotheses and apply a wide range of statistical methodologies to test them using structured and unstructured data.
- Translate complex analyses and technical concepts into simple, business‑friendly language.
- Approach problems with rigorous logic and curiosity, seeking deeper answers beyond the obvious.
- Distill large volumes of information into concise, understandable insights.
- Communicate findings verbally and visually using clear, impactful graphics.
- Develop and deliver compelling, data‑driven narratives that answer the “so what” and “now what” for senior audiences.
- Translate business needs into analytical insights and products that drive measurable value.
- Collaborate proactively with HR Business Partners and Centers of Expertise (CoE) teams to provide thought leadership on analysis projects.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, timelines, and outcomes.
- Conduct advanced analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights across the employee lifecycle and key HR areas such as employee listening, talent and performance, and learning and development.
- Translate data‑driven insights into strategic recommendations that improve organizational performance and deliver measurable business value.
- Stay current on emerging trends in people analytics, introducing external perspectives and enhancing product offerings to maximize impact.
- Exercise exceptional judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive employee data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar data‑focused role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large datasets from platforms such as Snowflake or Oracle.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., R, Python, SPSS).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
- Advanced degree (Master’s in Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology or related field).
- Experience with employee lifecycle analytics, talent management, and employee listening programs.
- Familiarity with HR systems and data structures (Oracle, Success Factors, etc.).
- Knowledge of predictive modeling, machine learning, or advanced statistical techniques.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence strategic decisions through data‑driven insights.
