Responsibilities
  • Drive the vision and execution of Kestra’s advisor’s technology strategy, with a focus on innovation and scalability.
  • Evaluate, select, and integrate Wealth tech tools that enhance advisor productivity, client engagement, and operational efficiency.
  • Partner with executive leadership to align technology strategy with firm‑wide business objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire a team of product owners and consultants, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • You’ll provide clear direction, set priorities, and create professional growth opportunities that empower your team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Lead the integration of third‑party Wealth tech solutions into the advisor platform, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and security.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, QBRs, contract negotiations, and performance management.
  • Establish KPIs to measure adoption, satisfaction, and ROI of technology investments.
  • Drive continuous improvement through advisor feedback loops and market research.
  • Build and cultivate a team of product owners and consultants dedicated to continuous improvement of advisor and investor technology capabilities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Provide clear direction, prioritization, and professional development opportunities.
  • Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, and Advisor Experience teams to ensure smooth deployment and support of tools.
  • Act as the voice of the advisor in all product decisions, balancing business needs with user experience.
  • Communicate product strategy and progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Continuously monitor developments in advisor technology and wealth management platforms, providing informed recommendations on when and how to adopt emerging solutions to maximize business impact and advisor efficiency.
  • Recommend enhancements to improve advisor efficiency and overall client satisfaction.
  • Ensure solutions remain scalable to meet the demand of Kestra’s growing business needs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of business or technical architecture experience, with at least 7 years in a technical or business leadership role.
  • Strong background in business architecture, enterprise technology strategy, or wealth management platforms.
  • Experience with vendor evaluation, integration design, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience using Confluence, Jira, Lucid Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging executives, advisors, and technology teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision with practical execution

Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
