- Lead daily scrum stand-ups and maintain documentation for IS-related processes
- 7+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI
- Experience with Visual Basic or C# programming languages
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Experience integrating with systems like Health Pac and Salesforce
- Commitment to continuous learning and mentoring junior team members
