• 5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the Service Now platform
• 4 years of experience with Service Now development with a focus on integrations
• Understanding of Service Now data model tables and relationships
• Extensive experience with Service Now integration solutions including Service Now APIs, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, and SOAP
• Experience developing Service Now APIs, Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Perl, and Power Shell
• Experience with Service Now Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
• Knowledge of Service Now Orchestration for automating IT processes
• Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation, and synchronization techniques
• Experience implementing REST API integration with third‑party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
• Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with Service Now ITOM discovery and CMDB
• Good knowledge and experience with Service Now CSDM framework
• Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations
