Purpose:
We are seeking a E-commerce Specialist to join our growing team! As the E-Commerce Specialist, you will take ownership of executing and maintaining our digital storefronts. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll manage product catalogs, optimize SEO, and keep both Shopify (D2C & B2B) and Amazon storefronts performing at their best. You will also work collaboratively with our internal teams including marketing, finance and customer service.

Primary Responsibilities- Maintain and optimize a catalog of up to 1,000 SKUs (titles, descriptions, pricing, imagery, tags, collections, metafields).
- Build and maintain collections, bundles, and pricing tiers.
- Manage app setup, integration, and maintenance (reviews, subscriptions, bundling, upsell tools, etc.).
- Own execution & QA for all Shopify content changes, including updating and scheduling site content aligned with launches and promotional calendars (homepage modules, banners, PDP refreshes)
- Audit and troubleshoot website issues, resolving quickly to keep the customer journey smooth.
- Use bulk upload/import tools (e.g., Matrixify) for catalog cleanup and data management.
- Identify opportunities to improve UX, merchandising, or workflows that can scale revenue or efficiency.
- Support site testing (A/B experiments, new feature rollouts).
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Support, Sales, Product, and Marketing while maintaining ownership of content and site accuracy
- Coordinate and communicate with the web development team on escalated or more complex technical requests, providing clear context, requirements, following up and validating fixes through QA.
- Partner with a supporting agency to maintain catalog accuracy and compliance in Seller Central.
- Manage and update product listings for accuracy, policy compliance, and SEO optimization.
- Optimize listings for keyword ranking (titles, bullets, backend search terms).
- Upload and maintain A+ content, images, and copy.
- Track product visibility, sales rank, and conversions; apply learnings to future updates.
- Support planning and execution of promotional campaigns in collaboration with management.
- Adjust strategies based on performance insights and customer feedback.
- Conduct keyword research across platforms.
- Optimize product and content copy, metadata, and listings for maximum discoverability and conversions.
- Track SEO performance, report insights, and implement improvements.
- Stay current on algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Other duties as deemed necessary by management.
- 3+ years of hands‑on eCommerce operations experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in Shopify Plus Admin (D2C & B2B experience strongly preferred) and Amazon Seller Central.
- Comfortable managing and maintaining catalogs of up to 1,000 SKUs across multiple platforms.
- Familiar with Shopify app and 3‑rd party apps ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and keyword strategy.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
- Proactive communicator who raises issues and questions early
- Comfortable troubleshooting and problem‑solving independently before escalating
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and apply learnings.
- Self‑starter with a growth mindset and eagerness to expand skills.
