We’re building AI-powered, cloud-native systems at real scale—supporting complex data, real-time workloads, and high-volume transactions. This role is central to modernizing infrastructure, improving reliability, and accelerating engineering delivery.

This is a senior, high-impact individual contributor role serving as the technical authority for cloud and platform operations. You’ll own cloud architecture, set technical standards, mentor engineers, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Data, and Security.

• Define and lead cloud infrastructure strategy, roadmaps, and best practices
• Own AWS and Kubernetes architecture, scalability, and reliability
• Drive Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD, automation, and self-service tooling
• Improve observability, incident response, and on-call health
• Lead security, compliance (PCI/SOC2/ISO), and disaster recovery efforts
• Own cloud cost visibility and Fin Ops decision-making
• Act as a trusted advisor on major platform and architectural decisions

• 10+ years in Cloud, Platform, or SRE roles with large-scale SaaS systems
• Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures
• Strong IaC, CI/CD, and automation experience
• Proven leadership in reliability, security, and regulated environments
• AI fluency and experience using modern tools to improve outcomes
