- Provide deep solution‑specific expertise to support new sales and adoption for key customers.
- Provide both standard and customized/personalized solution demonstrations that bring SAP solutions to life and show customers the value of SAP.
- Support the Account Team by delivering solution presentations and events to identify and qualify new opportunities and drive adoption and consumption of SAP solutions.
- Evaluate account qualification criteria to determine further investment in pursuing opportunities.
- Establish yourself as a thought leader within the account team and fine‑tune account strategy.
- Collaborate with the team in creating overall themes and competitive differentiation.
- Conduct vigorous dry runs on strategic deals and customer engagements.
- Transition engagement to implementation partner/Services teams effectively.
- Engage with customers to continue selling the vision of SAP solutions and ensure eagerness for renewal.
- Leverage digital assets throughout the customer engagement, including demos, presentations, and other content.
- Support answering RFP’s.
- Hands‑on configuration of SAP solutions to support the scripted requirements provided by customers.
- Interpret customer requirements and configure the SAP solutions to meet these requirements.
- Support One‑to‑Many Demand Generation activities at Trade Shows.
- Develop videos of demonstrations that can be reused by partners and other virtual account teams.
- Expert Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management.
- 10+ years experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management, Yard Logistics, and logistics execution processes.
- 5+ years of hands‑on SAP demo expertise in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP Supply Chain Suite (Design to Operate).
- 10+ years experience in one of more of the following industries:
Life Sciences, High Tech, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Food & Beverage and Discrete Manufacturing. - Proven ability to design and deliver integrated, value‑based demonstrations across multiple SAP solution areas (e.g., S/4
HANA, BTP, AI, Analytics, Industry Solutions). - Effectively configure SAP solutions to meet customer scripted requirements and/or requirements learned during the discovery phase.
- Understanding of SAP platform and integration capabilities, including SAP BTP and integration frameworks.
- Experience building tailored demo scripts aligned to strategic account plans.
- Deep understanding of SAP discovery tools and demo environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP architectures (public cloud, private cloud, hybrid, RISE, clean core principles).
- Working knowledge of integration patterns (API‑based, event‑driven, middleware, data replication).
- Familiarity with enterprise data strategy (e.g., harmonization, analytics platforms, AI enablement).
- Demonstrated executive‑level presence with CIO, CTO, CFO, and Line‑of‑Business leadership.
- Skilled at positioning SAP’s long‑term innovation strategy (AI, sustainability, industry cloud, etc.).
- Experience aligning solution positioning to multi‑year transformation roadmaps.
- Proven ability to lead and orchestrate cross‑functional teams (sales, BTP, AI, LoB, industry, partners).
- Comfortable managing multi‑stream engagement models across global stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating partner ecosystems and hyperscaler alignment.
- Strong discovery, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Focus on creating compelling storylines and themes for customer interactions.
- Ability to quickly understand customer business goals and ensure they are at the center of recommended solutions.
