Salesforce Account Engagement & Marketing Cloud Specialist

Essential Duties

• Design, manage, and optimize customer journey flows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Account Engagement.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs, prioritize projects, and implement solutions.
• Provide expert support, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of user issues.
• Conduct training sessions to enhance system adoption and user competency.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the Salesforce platform.
• Partner with the commercial team to translate business objectives into effective Salesforce journey solutions.
• Lead and participate in Salesforce‑related projects from initiation to completion.

• Proactive, self‑driven, and adaptable, with a positive attitude in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Effective English communication skills (both oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Interest in business processes and systems.

• Sit for long periods of time.
• Operate computer keyboard and mouse for data entry.
• View computer monitor.
• Hear and speak via telephone.
• Reach forward and/or overhead.
• Occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate at a normal range.
• The lighting will include natural light from the outside as well as fluorescent lighting throughout the work areas.
• Work with minimum direction and periodic supervision.
