Job Title: S/4 HANA Project Manager

• Lead and support complex, multi-functional SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects focused on Finance transformation.
• Partner with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
• Guide technical and business teams through solution design, data migration, testing, and change management processes.
• Drive operational readiness, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives to maximize project impact.

• 10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA project leadership.
• 15+ years of project or program management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile hybrid) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office).
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to guide diverse teams through complex transformations.
