This team operates within a modern AWS serverless ecosystem, supporting platforms including mobile applications, customer/resident portals, website infrastructure, and internal/external service integrations. You will partner closely with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

• This role sits at the center of the organization’s digital transformation, supporting core platforms that directly impact customer experience and operational scalability.
• With major initiatives underway. Including API-first re-platforming, mobile enhancements, and AI integrations, this engineer will play a critical role in designing and building the next generation of backend services.

• Designing and developing scalable, API-driven backend services in AWS
• Building within a serverless architecture (Lambda, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3)
• Supporting platforms across mobile, web, and enterprise integrations
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Leading initiatives, conducting code reviews, and mentoring engineers
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines, testing, deployments, and UAT coordination

• 6–8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with AWS serverless technologies (Lambda, Dynamo
  
  DB, S3)
• Backend-heavy development experience (~80% backend focus)
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js
• Experience with API-driven / microservices architectures
• Strong understanding of SQL and No

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Full-stack exposure (React, React Native, Graph

• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers
