Encompass LOS Administrator

Role Description

Peoples Mortgage Company is seeking an Encompass LOS Administrator for a full-time position. The Administrator will be responsible for customizing and maintaining the Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) to support business processes. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving system issues, creating and modifying workflows, managing user access, maintaining system configurations, and providing training and support to users. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to improve efficiency and ensure system optimization.

  Working knowledge of Encompass LOS, system configuration, and workflow management.

  Ability to troubleshoot system‑related issues and implement timely resolutions.
