• Act as a liaison between Azure SQL development teams and internal business/system owners
• Support and help drive data migration efforts into Azure SQL environments
• Analyze datasets to identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues
• Proactively track progress and ensure deliverables stay on schedule across teams
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, business‑friendly communication
• Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions (Power BI, Azure‑based reporting)
• Partner with leadership across Vendor Management (FLoD/SLoD) to support reporting needs
• Create and enhance dashboards for vendor management, compliance, and risk analytics
• Support cloud‑based data architecture and integrations (Azure ecosystem)
• Submit and manage issues, defects, and data‑related troubleshooting items
• Contribute across the team as needed in a high‑volume, fast‑changing environment

• 7+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Developer, or similar
• Strong experience with Azure SQL and data environments
• Solid understanding of data migration, data validation, and data quality analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (DAX, modeling, reporting)
• Experience working in cross‑functional environments (tech + business teams)
• Strong ability to communicate complex data clearly to non‑technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of being proactive and self‑driven
• Experience working in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
• Strong collaboration skills and team‑first mindset

• Experience in risk, compliance, or vendor management environments
• Background supporting cloud migrations (especially into Azure)
• Exposure to Power Apps, Power Automate, or Share Point
• Prior leadership or team management experience
• Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services preferred)
