You will identify, scope, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions that protect our selling partners, build partnerships, and implement scalable solutions to enhance trust across Amazon’s marketplace.

• Drive strategic projects across Selling Partner Trust teams
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives in a dynamic, multi‑team environment
• Build trust across organizational levels through effective communication
• Own end‑to‑end delivery while fostering strong stakeholder relationships
• Transform abstract goals into measurable outcomes
• Develop and optimize product roadmaps focused on seller trust
• Balance rapid execution with thoughtful risk management

• 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• 3+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams
• Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

• 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk and critical path management experience
• Experience managing projects across cross‑functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
• Experience defining KPI and SLA metrics used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
