Support and enhance manufacturing IT systems (MES, SAP, integrations) to ensure reliable operations, system availability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Support and troubleshoot MES, SAP, and integration systems (e.g., Kepware)
- Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing IT systems
- Lead/support implementation and rollout of new IT solutions
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams (IAI) for site IT/network alignment
- Partner with site teams on projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Enforce cybersecurity standards and reduce system risk
- Provide technical guidance to stakeholders
- Experience with manufacturing IT systems (MES, SAP, or similar)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of system integrations and IT infrastructure basics
- Kepware or similar tools
- Exposure to shop floor/OT systems
- Pharma or regulated environment experience
$70,000 to $100,000 + COLA and this position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans. Application will be accepted by 6/8/2026
