Position: Implementation Specialist - Dec '24/May '25 Grads

ADP is hiring an Implementation Specialist
.

As an Implementation Specialist you onboard new clients and help them comfortably use ADP’s products and services. You ensure solutions deliver and exceed client expectations, supported by award‑winning training and world‑class service guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities
  • Consult with Clients to Deliver a Comprehensive ADP Solution. You partner with clients to understand their business and related needs, guiding them toward the best solution for their requirements.
  • Implement ADP Technologies. You analyze existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes, incorporating new processes, tools, and approaches when recommending and implementing the ADP solution.
  • Partner Internally. You collaborate with ADP associates in sales and customer service, exchanging routine information with project team members about priorities, timeliness, and issues.
  • Multi‑Task & Communicate. You effectively manage multiple time‑sensitive follow‑ups and projects, clearly and concisely share essential information, and are comfortable using Microsoft Office products.
Required Qualifications
  • You have at least one year of experience in a client service or customer service environment.
  • Alternatively, relevant experience may include military service.
