As a Sub Same Day (SSD) Operations Engineer, you will lead and manage the lifecycle of challenging cross‑functional projects. You are a customer‑obsessed leader who will play an integral part in the planning and execution of facility infrastructure for new builds, retrofits, expansions and program initiatives.
Project management and internal/external stakeholder management skills will be essential.
- Plan, direct, supervise and control the execution of all business, technical, fiscal and administrative functions of the assigned project.
- Partner with customers and internal/external teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor and report on the progress of all project activity including significant milestones and conditions which would affect project cost or schedule.
- Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks before they become roadblocks.
- Manage project budget and approve all purchase orders.
- Travel up to 80% of the time.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
- Experience using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, formulas and data visualization
- Experience working cross‑functionally with tech and non‑tech teams
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- Travel up to 80% of the time.
- Experience working with and managing third‑party vendors
- Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing
- 3+ years of driving end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks
