IT Helpdesk Support Specialist; On-Site

Job Summary

Trans Perfect Connect is seeking an energetic individual to work full‑time on‑site as a Helpdesk Support Specialist. This position will provide on‑site and remote technical support, with opportunities to be exposed to an enterprise computing environment.

• Resolve Helpdesk tickets and provide on‑site support daily.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues and elevate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
• Maintain and track inventories of all computing equipment, including PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
• Create and maintain knowledge base documentation.
• Provide on‑call support as scheduled.

• Hardware: desktop, laptop.
• Operating systems:
  Windows 10 / 11, MacOS.
• Applications: MS Office 365/2021/2013, SharePoint, One Drive, Zoom, Duo, Slack, Teams.
• Tier1 network support – TCP/IP, WiFi, DHCP, DNS, cabling.
• Basic knowledge of supporting mobile devices and apps.
• Basic knowledge of virus and malware removal techniques.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
• Communicate effectively oral and in writing.
• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• Physical requirement: ability to lift up to 50lbs.

• Minimum high school diploma; associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of IT‑related work experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIAA+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent field experience are a plus.
• VOIP experience preferred.
