Responsibilities
  • Provide IT support to internal teams, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of devices, software, and user accounts.
  • Assist with onboarding and off-boarding processes by managing access permissions, hardware allocation, and account setup/deactivation.
  • Maintain the IT help tracking system to ensure all requests are documented, prioritized, and resolved promptly.
  • Support the creation and improvement of technology tools, such as  boards and automation workflows.
  • Monitor and respond to  requests for onboarding (twice weekly), off-boarding (daily), and urgent IT needs (daily).
  • Ensure all company devices are properly secured and protected against spyware, viruses, and other threats.
  • Manage data backup processes across all brands and software platforms to maintain business continuity and data integrity.
  • Track and maintain inventory of company laptops and equipment to ensure readiness for new hires or replacements.
  • Assist with special projects, technology rollouts, and internal system enhancements as assigned by the Technology Manager.
  • Follow established IT and security protocols, identifying opportunities for improvement where applicable.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, technical coordination, or systems administration.
  • Strong technical aptitude with experience troubleshooting software, hardware, and connectivity issues in mostly a MAC & Google Suite Environment.
  • Familiarity with data backup, security protocols, and antivirus management.
  • Experience using ticketing systems or help desk tracking tools.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based tools and systems (e.g., Google Workspace, , AWS, or similar platforms).
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
