Job Overview

Account Support Specialist – full-time, in‑person office role in Tempe, AZ. 5 days a week, shift Sunday‑Saturday. 8‑week training, flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays. The primary interface for third‑party Amazon sellers.

• Demonstrates effective, clear and professional written & oral communication.
• Provides prompt and efficient service, escalating seller issues as needed.
• Maintains a positive demeanor, managing sensitive issues.
• Excellent time‑management; works independently using resources, policies & procedures.
• Contributes to a positive team environment; assists team members with difficult contacts.
• Maintains acceptable performance metrics (quality, productivity, first‑contact resolution, attendance).
• Seeks solutions through logical reasoning, data interpretation, identifies trends; provides improvement suggestions.
• Liaises with other departments to resolve seller issues and questions.

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Flexible schedule/shift (weekends, nights, holidays).
• Experience in payments or e‑commerce.

• Problem‑solving and root‑cause analysis experience.
