What You’ll DoAs a Forward Deployed Engineer / Solutions Architect, you will translate complex business needs into scalable technical architectures, rapidly prototype AI-driven applications, and integrate Typeface’s platform across customer ecosystems. You’ll combine full-stack engineering expertise with hands‑on GenAI experience—building custom agents, workflows, and reusable components—while driving customer transformations through fast experimentation and iterative delivery.
How You’ll Make Impact- Partner with Engagement Managers, and Product teams to define customer requirements,facilitatetechnical workshops, and co-create GenAI solutions
- Serve as a Solution Architect during the sales cycle—proposing the right workflows and architecture upfront, getting customer sign‑off, then implementing what you sold
- Applyan AI‑first experimentation mindset—build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, anddemonstratequick wins that build momentum for transformations
- Design, build, and deploy full‑stack applications and microservices integrating Typeface API/SDK, Brand Hub, Arc Agents, and multimodal content generation
- Buildcustom agents and workflows tailored to specific customer use cases
- Developintegrations with customer systems (CMS, DAM, marketing automation, analytics) and platforms like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and Campaign Manager 360
- Capturefield‑proven use cases and funnel them back to Product and Engineering teams to inform the Typeface platform roadmap
- Identify patterns and opportunities for productization of custom solutions while championing customer needs in internal product discussions
- Developreusable components, templates, and patterns deployable across customers with CI/CD pipelines and governance checks
- Createautomated testing frameworks for brand compliance, content safety, and quality assurance while designing scalable architectures for enterprise‑grade volumes
- Own delivery sprints from requirements through deployment, tackling challenges on‑site or remotely while balancing multiple customer engagements
- Documentplaybooks, prompts, patterns, and best practices in internal knowledge bases and create technical guides for common use cases
- Sharelearnings across the organization, mentor other engineers, and present technical demos and case studies at customer events
- 3+ years as a full‑stack developer or technical consultant with strongproficiencyin React.js/Next.js/Angular, Node.js/Python/Java Spring Boot, REST/Graph
QLAPIs, andtrack recordshipping production applications - Extensive hands‑on experience with LLMs (GPT‑4, Claude, Llama, Gemini), diffusion models (Stable Diffusion, DALL

E), and multimodal AI for text, images, video, and audio - Deepexpertisein RAG pipelines, vector databases (Pinecone,Weaviate, FAISS), semantic search, and AI agent frameworks (Lang Chain,Llama Index,Auto Gen)
- Proficiency with prompt engineering, fine‑tuning, model optimization, and understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and hallucination mitigation strategies
- Cloudexpertiseacross AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, Sage Maker, Bedrock), Azure (OpenAI Service, Cognitive Services), and Google Cloud (Vertex AI,Big Query)
- Strong Dev Ops skills including Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Git Lab, Git Hub Actions), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation), and monitoring tools
- Understanding of OAuth, JWT, API security, data encryption, and compliance requirements (SOC2, GDPR)
