Requirements:

• The Technical Business Analyst (TBA) will work directly with our internal team to identify and document business requirements for application features and enhancements.
• The TBA must be a self-starter and initiate work with minimal direction.
• This SME position will require knowledge of the Enterprise Applications and integration points.
• The TBA will assist in the development, documentation and implementation of solutions per business requirements.

• Experience in creating technical documentation, such as business requirements and/or functional requirements, by working with technical staff, managers and end-users.
• Experience deconstructing technological solutions for the purpose of documentation of current products and processes.
• Experience performing, analyzing, and documenting gap analysis (i.e., current process vs. proposed process).
• Participate in the development of documentation for end users. Conduct and coordinate training as assigned.
• Assisting with application program testing, and quality assurance as required to vet veracity of business specifications.
• Ability to work closely with development, operational and functional departments as necessary (i.e., technical and non-technical staff).
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and ability to act as a liaison between business users and the technical staff to write and assess new business requirements and change requests.
• Provide input to the development of software test plans and execute as needed in support of application changes and bug fixes.
• Develop work breakdowns, project plans and schedule project deliverables, goals, and milestones for project implementations.
• Experience leading and directing project teams.
• Coordinate and support project and application releases.

• Bachelor s degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training and on-the-job experience.
• 2-5 years of software application testing experience.
• 2-5 years of technical documentation creation experience
• 1 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality

• 3+ years of technical business analysis and/or quality assurance preferred
• Experience with Jira, Tempo, Confluence, and Smartsheet s desired
