Account Technical Leader – IBM Global Sales
Lead IBM's technical strategy and tactical engagements with clients, acting as a trusted IT architecture advisor on the entire IBM Technology Portfolio.
Responsibilities- Lead development of comprehensive technical strategies for clients, incorporating IBM’s Software and Infrastructure products.
- Collaborate with clients, Technology MD/Seller, and brand sales to understand business and technical challenges, and develop tailored IBM Client Technical Strategies (CTS).
- Serve as a trusted IT architecture advisor, providing expert guidance on IBM’s Technology Portfolio (Data, Automation, Transaction Processing, Hybrid Cloud, Power, Storage, Cloud, TLS, zHW).
- Execute tactical engagements with clients, ensuring successful delivery of technical solutions and services.
- Document and refine CTS based on client feedback and evolving technology.
High School Diploma/GED
Required Technical /Professional Expertise- Deep knowledge of IBM’s Technology Portfolio (Software & Infrastructure).
- Experience delivering trusted IT architecture advisory services to clients.
- Track record of developing and executing comprehensive technical strategies.
- Leadership of tactical client engagements with successful delivery of technical solutions.
- Cross‑functional collaboration with clients, Technology MD/Seller, and brand sales.
- Familiarity with IBM’s four data platforms and infrastructure portfolios.
- Experience providing advisory services that align technical strategy with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive technical strategies that address business and technical challenges.
- Competitive salary range: $137,000 – $257,000 per year.
