Job DescriptionWe are searching for a strategic, analytics-driven Technical Product Manager to partner with the GTM function. The role entails translating frontline feedback into a clear, prioritized product roadmap, partnering with engineering to ship features that elevate advertiser performance and platform monetization. You will ensure alignment across Sales, Product, and Engineering, and maintain customer-facing documentation and enablement materials to sustain a scalable sales motion.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the voice of sales, agencies, and advertisers in shaping the product suite.
- Transform feedback, campaign data, and GTM requirements into well-defined engineering priorities and product specifications.
- Improve existing capabilities and design new features that boost advertising performance and revenue.
- Coordinate campaign execution support across major publisher ecosystems such as Meta, Google, and Tik Tok.
- Drive competitive intelligence to uncover market gaps and differentiation opportunities.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure the roadmap reflects GTM strategy.
- Develop customer-facing product documentation and enablement assets for the sales team.
- Support integrations and workflows with CRM platforms like Hub Spot to streamline operations.
- Scale product capabilities to serve SMB and mid-market advertisers and agencies.
- 7+ years of experience in AdTech, Mar Tech, or digital advertising platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field.
