Summary

The Content Services internship offers a dynamic opportunity to work on a large, corporate-wide project while gaining hands-on experience in Information Management and IT best practices. Interns will develop valuable technical and business skills and have opportunities to build connections across SRP. This role involves collaboration with a variety of IT professionals, including Systems Administrators, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Information Architects.

The responsibilities are engaging and designed to provide meaningful, real-world experience.

The student intern will work daily scheduled hours based on the department’s needs, with a minimum requirement of 15 hours and up to 40 hours per week maximum.

What You’ll Do
  • Deliver client support for users of enterprise content management solutions (Open Text Content Suite, iManage, and Microsoft 365 applications) assisting with questions and service requests.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer, system, and technical issues in enterprise content management systems by identifying root causes, coordinating with stakeholders, and implementing timely solutions.
  • Partner with business units across SRP to gather and document requirements for new requests.
  • Collaborate with System Administrators to design and implement solutions using built-in capabilities across a variety of enterprise content management solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support for deployed solutions.
Education

A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.

  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and web browsers.

Additional Requirements And Qualifications

College level coursework (100 or higher) from an accredited institution is preferred. Management will evaluate college-level coursework individually to determine if it is applicable to the position and relevant to the required skills. Knowledge such as accounting, general administrative principles, communications, marketing, personnel, finance, training, business and other non-scientific fields.

Hybrid Workplace

SRP currently offers a hybrid workplace, which allows employees whose jobs can be performed remotely, and who have sufficient technical capability, to telework up to three days per week. Although teleworking is available, all employees must live and work in Arizona.
