Our client, a leader in the Healthcare Services industry, is seeking a Principal JD Edwards Business Process Analyst to serve as a trusted advisor across the enterprise ERP ecosystem. In this highly visible position, you will partner directly with executive leadership, including the Vice President of IT, to shape how core business functions operate across Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, and Operations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys stepping into complex environments, identifying inefficiencies, and driving meaningful, measurable improvements across a mature JD Edwards Enterprise One landscape.

• Gathering business requirements through collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise
• Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications that guide ERP solutions
• Identifying process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and optimize JD Edwards utilization
• Partnering with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT teams to streamline end-to-end workflows
• Designing and refining enterprise business processes within JD Edwards Enterprise One
• Evaluating system functionality and recommending enhancements aligned with business objectives
• Facilitating stakeholder sessions to align priorities and solution requirements
• Supporting user acceptance testing activities to validate system and process outcomes
• Assisting with training and knowledge transfer to support user adoption and change readiness
• Collaborating with technical teams on integrations, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Driving standardization of business processes across multiple functional areas
• Supporting enterprise ERP strategy and long-term transformation initiatives

• 10+ years of JD Edwards Enterprise One 9.2 experience
• 8+ years in a Business Process Analyst, Functional Analyst, or similar JD Edwards-focused role
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards Distribution modules
• Strong expertise in Inventory Management, Sales Order Management, Procurement, and Warehouse Management
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes across Supply Chain, Distribution, Finance, and Operations
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable ERP solutions
• Proven ability to collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement capabilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability and willingness to periodically work onsite in Central Arizona as required
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship

• Experience with JD Edwards Transportation Management, Advanced Pricing, Agreement Management, Demand Scheduling, and Fulfillment Management modules
• Industry experience in Healthcare Services, Medical Device, or Manufacturing environments
• Exposure to ERP transformation initiatives or large-scale process optimization programs
• Experience conducting JD Edwards system assessments, health checks, or performance evaluations
• Experience supporting UAT, end-user training, and change management activities
