We're looking for a Technology Support Professional passionate about the financial industry. This position will be responsible for creating an effortless experience through end‑to‑end client support for a client base that consists of sophisticated financial professionals who require a unique level of service. The role includes supporting clients in all navigational aspects of our proprietary financial technology software as well as multiple financial applications and platforms—including internet browsers, mobile applications and affiliate technology.
Additional proficiencies include Microsoft Office products such as Outlook and Exchange. The candidate will also troubleshoot applications, provide product training and consultation, and ensure resolution to all customer requests and issues in a timely fashion by partnering with team members both inside and outside of the department.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Office, Exchange, iOS, Android, and multiple browsers

- Familiar with basic advisory/brokerage industry
- Demonstrate ability to train and consult internal and external clientele on products and features
- Actively appreciate and include the capabilities, insights, and ideas of others from diverse backgrounds, styles, abilities, and motivations
- Support effectively in elevated or antagonistic situations using appropriate interpersonal communication styles and methods to reduce tension or conflict
- Demonstrate adaptability in a changing environment
- Strong college degree preferred
- 1‑3 years of financial services experience
- M365, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting, customer service, reliable work ethic, communication & people skills, financial services, MCP certification, SIE
- Series SIE
- Microsoft Office Specialist Certification (MOS)
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications
- CompTIA A+
- Additional licenses or certificates may be required as the role evolves
Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ. Hybrid work arrangement.
Pay and BenefitsPay range: $23.00–$23.00 per hour.
