Support Specialist Jr.

About the Role

We're hiring a Support Specialist Jr. to serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping resolve issues, answer questions, and guide users through HR/payroll-related systems. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role combining phone, email, and case-based support.

You'll work in a structured, metrics-driven environment while building strong relationships and delivering excellent service.

What You'll Do

+ Handle 12-20 client calls/day (15-60 mins) + email/case work

+ Troubleshoot issues and provide step-by-step solutions

+ Train clients on system functionality

+ Manage and resolve cases tied to each interaction

+ Deliver a high level of client satisfaction and professionalism

+ Navigate multiple systems (including CRM tools like Salesforce)

What You Bring

Required:

+ Customer service experience (call center, office, retail, or restaurant)

+ Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

+ Tech-savvy; able to work across multiple systems

Preferred:

+ Experience in benefits, payroll, HR, or consulting

+ Case management or CRM experience

+ Bilingual (Spanish)

+ Bachelor's degree

Schedule & Work Environment

+ Training: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM MST

+ Post-training: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM MST

+ November hours: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM MST

+ Hybrid:

+ 4 days onsite / 1 remote after training

+ Up to 2 remote days after 90 days

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
