Invested Inc. is building the next major finance media brand. We are building out our offering of podcasts, video shows, newsletters, and a SaaS platform serving modern retail investors.
We’re early, but operating. Real audience (1.3m followers & subscribers), real revenue, real momentum. We care about outcomes, not optics, and we’re building a team that wants ownership, accountability, and upside. Invested Inc. is founded by Brandon Harris, who previously built and exited sports media brand Playmaker in a transaction valued at up to $54M, and is now applying the modern media playbook to finance.
The RoleWe’re hiring a Director of Brand Partnerships – Podcasts & Video to own and scale sponsorship and custom brand partnerships across our podcast and video inventory.

We are specifically looking for someone who has:
- Sold podcasts and/or video brand partnerships
- Closed custom integrations, host reads, and bespoke content
- Worked directly with brands and agencies
- An active book of relationships they know how to monetize, preferably with some coverage of finance-related brands
You will be responsible for turning our shows and video content into meaningful, repeatable revenue.
What You’ll Do- Sell podcast and video sponsor ships, integrations, and custom brand programs
- Build direct relationships with brands and media agencies
- Package shows and video content into scalable, high-CPM offerings
- Collaborate with producers and hosts to ensure integrations perform
- Own pipeline, deal flow, and renewals end to end
- Help shape pricing, inventory strategy, and brand positioning
- Be accountable for revenue, not activity
This is a closing role. You will be measured on results.
Who You Are- Currently (or recently) selling podcast and/or video brand partnerships
- Proven experience closing custom content and sponsorship deals
- Comfortable working with agencies and brand decision-makers
- Organized, proactive, and allergic to excuses
- Motivated by ownership, upside, and winning
- Finance brand experience is a major plus, but not required
If you haven’t sold podcast or video inventory before, this is not the role.
