Implementation Consultant - Payroll

ADP is hiring a Payroll Implementation Consultant.

In this role, you'll combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information—helping clients develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease. • At least 2 years of experience working in an implementation or business consulting environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working in Payroll Implementation.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include military experience.

• Work independently to provide solutions to the client and as part of a team to accomplish implementation tasks.
• Possess client relationship skills, including the ability to influence and guide the client to the best solution.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.

• Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new implementation situations.
