SKILLS REQUIRED Primary (Must-Have)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT support or systems analysis within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong Project Management capability with the ability to coordinate across diverse stakeholders
  • Broad understanding of manufacturing application life cycles and operational workflows
  • Advanced troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills for complex system issues
  • Proven communication skills to drive projects to completion and bridge technical/business gaps
Secondary (Good to Have)
  • Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP
  • Hands-on familiarity with system integrations (Kepware, Ignition)
  • General knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) and shop floor system architectures
  • Experience in cyber risk mitigation strategies for manufacturing equipment and site assets
  • Background in infrastructure support, specifically regarding site network and system availability
POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an onsite Manufacturing IT Analyst / Senior Product Specialist to support critical plant systems in Tempe, AZ. This role acts as a primary point of contact for IT manufacturing applications and infrastructure, ensuring the availability and security of site assets. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement new IT solutions, safeguard equipment from cyber risks, and drive technical troubleshooting efforts to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations through the end of 2026.

ROLES

& RESPONSIBILITIES
  • System Support:
    Provide dedicated IT support for manufacturing-related plant systems and applications to ensure high availability
  • Project Implementation:
    Assist in the rollout of new IT systems, managing project timelines and cross-functional coordination
  • Infrastructure

    Collaboration:

    Partner with site infrastructure teams to monitor and maintain site network and system stability

    Security Compliance:
    Proactively help protect site manufacturing equipment and assets from cyber risks and vulnerabilities
  • Issue Resolution:
    Act as a technical escalation point, troubleshooting operational issues and driving them to successful, timely resolution
