Sr. TEA Promotion Criteria:

The Global services Sr. TEA must have 1 year of tenure and also have been ranking as Exceeds Expectations on their last performance review and/or competency review to be considered for the promotion and will go through an interview with the TEM and NOM. The NOM will present the promotion nomination to the FSG Director for approval. Candidate must have superior coaching abilities as well as exceed in all operations.

Candidate must have a strong understanding of policies and operating rhythm, commitment to TEKsystems core values and dedication to the FSG overall vision and mindset.

We will review SR. TEA promotions quarterly and the SR. CRA promotions will occur no sooner than 30 days within the role.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

The Global services Sr. TEA will perform their traditional operational role and responsibilities and also be a team lead as it relates to the processes and technical components of the job. The Global services Sr. TEA will be a strong partner to their TES for operational escalations from both the field and the center and drive problem resolution within their team.

Global Services Sr. TEA:

  • Partners with TES group to identify operational trends, patterns and gaps along with providing solutions and advice based on role expertise
    • Attend TES meeting once a month to discuss – picks an operational agenda item for each month to discuss with TES group
  • People Soft Reporting
    • Cascade to respective TEA team and ensure updates are completed for the below reports, provide updates to TES once completed
  • New Starts Report – review with respective TEA team to ensure all starts have been entered timely/accurately by end of day Monday
  • Negative Hours Report – ensures updates/recoupment process has occurred for all new items on the report for respective TEA team
  • Employee w/o Hours for 2 weeks – for respective TEA team, ensure any consultant that need to be finished has finished or reason provided as to why the consultant might be pulling to the report (extended leave, vacation, etc.)
  • Missing Timecard Report – reviews missing timecards report for respective TEA team and ensures we have a plan to click as many hours to bill.
    • Assists with larger problem areas/offices by setting calls with that TEA, field and corporate partners as needed to help train on how to resolve/clean up an office
  • Corporate/Analyst Reporting
    • Rate Letter Report – request updates from offices that have 10 rate letters or higher to determine the action plan for those markets
    • Broadcast Report – ensure weekly updates are occurring for any outstanding items
    • Late Finishes – follows up with respective TEA team to ensure all finishes or extension are completed in People Soft by end of the week
  • Started Cases Queue
    • Ensures the Started Cases queue is clean by each Friday at 4 p.m. local time
  • Coach for all hew hire
    • Partners with TES to manage the onboarding process and provides coaching to all new hires for the TES team collectively
Qualifications

Qualification:

Must have 1 year of tenure and Exceeds Expectations ranking on last performance review and/or competency review.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $69,600, with $4K bonus paid quarterly

A TEA will move into the Sr. TEA comp bands upon promotion or receive a $3K increase depending on the associate’s current compensation.
