Field Technical Support
Location:
Tempe, AZ 85283.
Pay: $32.85 per hour (W2).
Shift: Onsite – 8:00am–5:00pm.
Responsibilities- Provide software and hardware support in a professional banking environment supporting executive-level users.
- Configure, install, test, and deploy hardware and replacement devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS issues.
- Manage incidents and requests through the ticketing system and maintain accurate documentation.
- Reimage PCs, back up and restore user data, and validate software installations.
- Support VDI, patch management, encryption, antivirus, and two‑factor authentication technologies.
- Deliver excellent customer service and cross‑functional troubleshooting support.
- 3–5 years of software and hardware support experience in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of server technologies and Cisco technologies.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS support.
- Experience supporting desktop/laptop management, VDI, patch management, encryption, and antivirus solutions.
- Experience with Service Now or a similar ticketing system is preferred.
- Proficiency in data backup, recovery, and device reimaging.
- Strong communication, customer service, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, high‑profile environment.
